Slacking!!

Christmas really took a toll on me..Ive been really slacking on the art..but this week i will be working hard on getting some new stuff done for this artshow on the 5th..I am the featured artist and i have to fill an entire restaurant..So i have a big task on my hands..I have a total of like 13 paintings..and that just isnt enough..So be on the look out for some new SKELE joints in the near future..word up!!

So I had that show last night up in Richmond..3 bands and me with the art..It was nice to do a show outside of va beach..get some new eyes on my stuff..Sold 2 pieces while i was up there..and sold some Poly Opto Tshirts also..All in all it was a great time and worth the late night drive home..Thanks to all that came out and supported..

I got a show tomorrow night, and i have had this itch to rock out and get some projects done..its funny cause the first thing i finished..i sold..went in like 22 minutes on facebook..fucking loony..after that i finished 3 more..all small ones..but still super dope..believe that..

Secret

I am controlled by the words if and when..I am going to make it a conscious effort not to succumb to those very words..We battle every day..and i know one day..i will defeat those demoralizing words..focus..focus.My art is loud, dark, deep, silly, obnoxious, rambunctious and over bearing for some..but it screams to be seen, and enjoyed by those that need art..

This SUNDAY in RVA

My friends band is playing the camel with two other va beach local bands..I will be there supporting and as always..the Poly Opto is allowing me to setup my artwork for the show..i will also have tshirts for the band..stoked on this because its an event out of va beach..Yes i know its only in richmond..but traveling is traveling..ready for a rocking good time..haha..word up

Jew Mom Art Show

So last night was the first Art show at Jew Moms in Norfolk..and for this being the first one..we had a great turn out..i think almost everyone sold a piece including myself..This area needs this sort of avenue for local artists and local folks to enjoy the culture of art and its artists..The DJ was dope..the art was dope..all around bad ass evening..next month ill be the featured artist..and i get to hang my art all around the bar for a month..really stoked on this..word up
